Roderick Mason : Roderick has taken a life long passion for fitness, and over twenty years of business management and ownership experience, and turned it into Holistic Fitness. A company dedicated to the development of the Mind, Body, and Spirit. As owner of Holistic Fitnes and Director of The Minority Health Initiative, he is NESTA ( National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association ) certified. He is also a certified TRX suspension trainer instructor. Roderick's current client lists ranges from extreme sport athletes, moms, business professionals, teens and more. He currently runs a boot camp program with new and exciting routines. Roderick's current goals include continuing to see positive changes in overall wellness, health and fitness across the greater Chicagoland area. As part of his desire to inspire and give back to the community, his Not for Profit seeks new and innovative ways to engage young people in an attempt to combat youth obesity.
